Introducing Hybrid Veterinary Consultations

We’re excited to pilot a new hybrid consultation model designed to make veterinary care more accessible, flexible, and convenient for our community.

With hybrid consultations, your pet is seen in person at our clinic by one of our trained veterinary technicians (nurses), who performs a thorough physical examination. A licenced veterinarian then joins the visit by phone or secure video, reviews the findings in real time, and discusses recommendations directly with you.

During the pilot period, veterinarians will also be available on site on Saturdays and select weekdays for appointments.

This approach allows us to expand appointment availability while maintaining high standards of care. If your pet requires urgent treatment or surgical care, we’ll seamlessly coordinate a referral to one of our sister clinics, where a veterinarian is available on site to provide immediate support.
